Job Summary

Own the CRM engine for a luxury homeware brand in France, shaping retention, LTV and repeat purchase through Klaviyo email flows, segment-driven campaigns, and coordinated cross-channel initiatives.

CRM & Email Ops: Build and optimise welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back and VIP journeys; maintain cadences aligned to promotions.
Data & Segmentation: Create segments and act on behavioural/transactional data to lift engagement and revenue; analyse performance to-drive improvement.
Cross-channel Collaboration: Align with Head of Retail and creative suppliers to brief messaging, direct mail, and SMS retention pilots on schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce marketing role.
Proven hands-on experience using Klaviyo to build, manage and optimise email marketing programmes.
Strong understanding of customer retention, lifecycle marketing and CRM best practice.
Experience supporting email revenue growth through customer marketing activity.
Experience working with affiliate marketing programmes.
Experience coordinating direct mail campaigns and analysing performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data.
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Order Value (AOV), Retention Rate and Repeat Purchase Rate.
Experience using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting or attribution tools.
Commercially minded with a strong focus on profitability and return on investment.

Preferred

Experience within a premium, luxury, interiors, homeware or lifestyle brand would be advantageous.
