Job Summary

Own and execute Jalna Group’s social media and content strategy, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and tracking performance across multiple brands, while coordinating admin support and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
Take photographs and videos for social media, websites and promotional materials.
Develop social media campaigns to promote our businesses, products, services, events and offers.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help build our online communities.
Keep websites up to date with news, images, offers, products and other relevant content.
Assist with email marketing, online promotions and digital advertising.
Monitor website and social media performance and provide regular updates and ideas for improvement.
Help maintain a consistent brand image across the different Jalna Group businesses.
Identify new marketing opportunities, trends and platforms that could benefit the group.
Provide general administrative support to the group and individual businesses.

Requirements

Is a recent graduate or early-career professional, ideally with a degree or qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related subject.
Has practical experience managing social media accounts and website content.
Is confident creating engaging written and visual content.
Has a good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar software.
Has a good eye for detail and presentation.
Is proactive and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
Is commercially minded and interested in understanding how marketing can generate customers and sales.
