Job Summary

Own and shape AXA UK's employer brand content from standards and storytelling to integrated campaigns, guiding editorial across teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Define and maintain Employer Brand editorial standards, content approach and storytelling framework.
Translate organisational stories, colleague experiences and the Employee Value Proposition into compelling employer brand content.
Plan and deliver content for Employer Brand campaigns and recruitment marketing across relevant channels.
Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistency of Employer Brand messaging and tone.
Work closely with the Employer Brand Strategy Manager and Creative Lead to deliver integrated, audience-appropriate campaigns.
Provide specialist editorial and storytelling guidance across Employer Brand initiatives.
Monitor content performance and engagement and recommend improvements to content quality and effectiveness.
Coordinate external copywriters, content agencies, media production partners, social platform partners and creative suppliers as required.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in content strategy, editorial, copywriting, storytelling, employer brand, marketing or communications.
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create authentic, engaging content for different audiences and channels.
Strong understanding of editorial standards, content planning, tone of voice and brand consistency.
Experience translating organisational propositions, colleague stories and campaign briefs into effective content.
Ability to use content and campaign performance insight to improve editorial effectiveness.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across creative, marketing, recruitment and People teams.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
