Job Summary
Own the market introduction and ongoing lifecycle of Sage People’s AI-powered HR and payroll solutions, aligning product strategy, messaging, and pricing with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption, demand, and revenue growth.
- Product and GTM: shape go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, positioning, and messaging for AI HR/payroll products.
- Cross‑functional ownership: partner with product management, sales, CS, partnerships, enablement, and marketing to activate adoption and revenue growth.
- Lifecycle leadership: drive New Product Introductions and maintain product lifecycle from launch to ongoing modernization leveraging AI to improve HR leaders’ workflows.

- In this role, you’ll help shape the adoption of Sage’s next‑generation, AI‑powered solutions and make a tangible impact on how midmarket businesses grow and operate.
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how we bring Sage’s innovative, AI‑powered HR and payroll solutions to market.
- You’ll play a critical role in the success and modernisation of Sage People, ensuring the platform continues to meet evolving customer expectations while leveraging AI to deliver smarter, more automated experiences for HR leaders.
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, Sage People, you’ll be central to our go‑to‑market strategy, shaping product strategy, leading New Product Introduction, driving pricing, positioning and messaging, and owning the full product lifecycle.
- You’ll work closely with product management, sales, customer success, partnerships, enablement and integrated marketing teams to drive adoption, demand and revenue growth.
