Keeping an eye on trending audio, formats and hooks, and telling us what we should be jumping on
Light community management — comments, DMs, replies

Requirements

Demonstrable experience creating short-form video for brands or creators; this is not a "I'm keen to learn" role
Confident with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Canva — whatever you're fast in)
Genuinely good copy: hooks, captions, tone of voice
A real feel for what works on TikTok and Reels right now
Organised and reliable — you'll be managing content, not just making it
Based in or able to travel to Guildford, Surrey
18 or over. Our work includes evening event coverage and 18+ venues

Preferred

Agency or multi-client experience
Experience with scheduling tools (Metricool)
Motorsport, interior design, UGC, automotive, events or charity sector experience
