Responsibilities

Coordinating and maintaining a single integrated marketing plan.
Providing oversight of marketing activity, budgets, priorities and performance.
Producing insights and reporting for senior leaders.
Leading projects that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency and ways of working.
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication and improve collaboration.
Supporting the adoption of new technology, automation and AI solutions.
Working with stakeholders across the business to remove blockers and improve delivery.
Acting as the central point of visibility across the marketing function.

Requirements

You're looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and experience driving operational improvement or business change.
You might currently be working in Marketing Operations, Marketing Projects, Campaign Management, Transformation, Business Change or Continuous Improvement.
