Job Summary

Own the development and execution of the Foundation's marketing strategy across multi-channel campaigns, brand consistency, and major website launches, while line-managing the marketing team and coordinating with admissions, alumni, and external partners.

Manage the implementation of the annual marketing plan for all the Foundation schools.
Play a key role in bringing to fruition a major project to deliver the Foundation’s new suite of websites for a spring 2027 launch.
Liaise with external agencies, including our designer, photographer, film company, printers, admissions platform and research companies as required.
Develop cross-channel paid for and organic marketing campaigns to drive awareness, interest, recruitment and retention at all key entry points for the Foundation schools.
Champion the Foundation brand ensuring that marketing activity for the Foundation is consistent, compelling, has a clear tone of voice, narrative and brand imagery.
Oversee design, content and production of high-quality publications, marketing materials, assets and campaigns in line with deadlines.
Help organise and represent the Foundation at flagship events to drive recruitment and admissions.
Provide marketing support for Alumni and Development and Princethorpe Enterprises Ltd. Customer Experience

Requirements

A good honours degree or equivalent experience
Atleast 5 years' experience in marketing
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills

The Princethorpe Foundation welcomes children of all faiths and backgrounds and provides co-educational, independent day schooling in Warwickshire. Princethorpe College and Crackley Hall in Kenilworth, are the only Catholic independent senior and junior school in the county. A recent addition to the Foundation is The Crescent School in Bilton, Rugby, which merged with us in September 2016.
