Creating and maintaining a consistent social media content plan.
Editing existing wedding and event footage into engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks.
Creating strong hooks, captions, on-screen text, transitions and engaging short-form edits.
Posting and maintaining regular Instagram Stories.
Developing new and original content concepts.
Identifying relevant social media trends and finding creative ways to adapt them for our brand.
Reviewing our existing content library and finding new ways to repurpose older footage.
Researching the photo booth, wedding and events industries to understand what content is performing well.
Studying competitors and other successful brands to identify opportunities for Galaxy Photobooths to differentiate itself.
Helping develop a recognisable and consistent visual style across our social channels.

Requirements

Formal qualifications are not essential.
We’re much more interested in your creativity, portfolio, editing ability and understanding of social media.
Have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Be confident editing short-form video.
Be comfortable using editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
Understand what makes someone stop scrolling and watch a video.
Have a good eye for visual content, pacing, music and storytelling.
Understand current social media trends and online culture.
Be able to work independently and manage your own workload.
Be proactive and comfortable suggesting your own ideas.

Preferred

Experience working with weddings, events or hospitality brands would be useful.
