Job Summary

Own the inbound to pipeline flow for an MDR role by quickly qualifying and handing off high-potential leads, while feeding feedback to marketing and keeping CRM hygiene tight.

Lead follow up across campaigns, events, and content.
Schedule and transfer qualified meetings to Account Executives with strong SLA discipline.
Maintain data accuracy and collaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Follow up with inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and content.
Staff booths when required and represent the brand professionally.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and cloud needs.
Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.
Maintain high inbound conversion rate and strong SLA adherence (speed to lead performance).
Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
Be an expert in tooling while maintaining clean data hygiene.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or MDR role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts (cloud, DevOps, FinOps, are a plus).
Self-starter mindset with a drive to hit and exceed expectations.

Preferred

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms - cloud practitioner is a huge plus.
Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns or lead follow-up.
