Job Summary

Own the social content engine for PrettyGreen’s B2B audience, from original copy and visuals to community activation and reporting, with collaboration to amplify via paid media.

Content Creation & Copywriting: turn briefs into platform-ready posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and trade titles with engaging copy.
Visual Production: design posts and short-form motion content using Canva, CapCut or Adobe to bring ideas to life.
Community & Trends: plan the organic calendar, manage engagement, and ride evolving social features to stay relevant.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting: Create original and engaging content for PrettyGreen’s social and digital channels tailored to a B2B marketing audience including copywriting.
Turn agency work, client campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments into platform-ready posts that highlight our expertise in PR, Influencer, Social, and Experiential.
Bring ideas to life visually, using Canva, CapCut or Adobe to design posts, videos, and short-form motion content.
Social Media & Community Management: Plan and schedule PrettyGreen’s organic social calendar, ensuring a consistent and creative mix of content across platforms.
Manage community engagement, monitoring comments, responding to interactions, and staying active in relevant industry conversations.
Stay across emerging social trends and features to evolve our content approach.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse content performance across social and digital platforms to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with PrettyGreen’s paid media specialists when amplification is required.
Create monthly performance reports.
