Job Summary
Own day-to-day Shopify Plus site operations and optimization, with a focus on converting visits through merchandising, SEO, and CRO testing.
- Shopify & site ops: range planning, launches, category builds, uploads, and promotions across global markets.
- Onsite experience: merchandising, search/navigation, personalization, and upsell/cross-sell aligned to brand voice.
- Performance & collaboration: CRO testing, analytics, UAT with developers, and feedback loops with marketing and CS to feed the voice back into the site.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shopify & site ops: own range planning, product launches, category builds, uploads, product detail maintenance and promotions across global markets.
- Onsite experience: own merchandising, search and navigation, plus upsell and cross-sell, with consistent brand voice.
- Performance & collaboration: CRO testing programme, on-site personalization, UAT with developers, and cross-functional feedback with marketing and customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years in ecommerce, ideally for a brand rather than a pure retailer
- Strong, hands-on SEO and CRO knowledge, with real testing experience
- Confident with Shopify (Plus ideal) and with GA4 and other analytics tools
- Comfortable working with developers and agencies
- Commercially minded, organised, and happy owning the day-to-day in a fast-moving team
- Strong written skills and a feel for brand voice
- Basic HTML a plus
- An interest in sport or endurance a bonus, not a requirement
