Responsibilities

Create engaging blog articles, case studies, product pages and marketing materials.
Develop content that improves Google rankings and generates customer enquiries.
Plan, create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Review, refine and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, quality and originality.
Keep website content accurate, engaging and up to date.
Identify opportunities to improve website user experience, SEO and conversion rates.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Track and report on marketing performance, identifying what is working and where improvements can be made.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.

Requirements

Excellent written English and communication skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confidence using digital technology and learning new software.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in marketing, communications, content creation or a similar role.
Confident using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools would be advantageous.
A basic understanding of SEO principles.

Preferred

Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools would be advantageous.
Experience with WordPress, Canva or similar tools would be advantageous.
Photography or short-form video creation skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
