Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, partners, and community stakeholders.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Beacon, to track interactions, donations, and engagement metrics.
Develop targeted campaigns that inspire action and secure vital support and funding.
Provide exceptional customer service to supporters and volunteers, ensuring their experience aligns with organisational values.
Coordinate activities to enhance the charity’s visibility in the local and broader communities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, relationship management, or fundraising within a non-profit or charitable organisation.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Demonstrated ability in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in managing donor databases and leveraging data for targeted outreach.
Confidence to speak to and engage with audiences to promote the charity.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with supporters and partners.
