Recruiting and onboarding high-potential TikTok creators
Building long-term relationships with creators through calls, messages and social media
Negotiating commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships
Managing your own portfolio of creators and helping them maximise sales
Monitoring creator performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Collaborating with the wider TikTok Shop team on campaigns and product launches
Contributing directly to the continued growth of one of the UK's leading TikTok Shop brands

Requirements

TikTok Shop or creator partnerships
Influencer or affiliate marketing
Recruitment or talent acquisition
Sales, account management or business development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Experience working towards targets
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A genuine interest in TikTok and social commerce
