Help coordinate and schedule client projects, campaigns, meetings and agreed actions.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, project updates and status reports.

Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected standard.
Identify outstanding actions, potential issues and opportunities for additional client support.
Content Creation: Research and write content for websites, landing pages, articles, case studies, email campaigns and marketing materials.
Help schedule creative diaries for designers and organise workflow.
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
Provide support for content plans and editorial calendars.

Requirements

Excellent written English, with strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
Experience creating content for websites, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
The ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team.
A practical understanding of marketing, branding, digital communications and social media.
Experience using content management systems, social scheduling platforms and project management tools would be beneficial.
Agency or client account management experience would be advantageous.
