Foundational assets and identity systems: logos, colors, typography, and guidelines that scale.
Brand governance: gatekeeper for consistency across decks, social kits, and marketing materials.
Systems and tools: asset libraries and cross-format validation to ensure design quality.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.
Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems.
Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets.
Cross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials.
Brand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use.
English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
Portfolio showcasing branding work (logos, identity systems, guidelines) must be included in the CV.
Additional requirements: A strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity.
Strong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a true brand gatekeeper.

Preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.
