Job Summary
Own frontline canvassing and lead generation for roof and wall coatings, turning conversations into qualified appointments while educating homeowners on weather protection and value, and keeping precise records to hit targets.
- Lead-gen and appointment setting from door-to-door canvassing.
- Educate homeowners on coating benefits and value proposition.
- Record customer data and coordinate with teams to meet daily targets and training requirements.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated areas.
- Introduce homeowners and property owners to our roof and wall coating solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of protective roof and wall coatings, including weather protection, energy efficiency, and property value enhancement.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for survey representatives.
- Record customer information accurately using company-provided tools.
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation goals.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Previous canvassing, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
