Own the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel healthcare media plans while leading the Partner Direct team, shaping client strategies, and driving negotiations and industry insights.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of innovative, multi-channel healthcare media plans.
Ensure all media recommendations align with broader client strategies and objectives.
Oversee the daily execution of Partner Direct team tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Lead tactical media plan presentations to internal and client teams.
Conduct rate negotiations and secure optimal media placements.
Develop POVs on emerging media partners and industry trends.
Maintain a strong understanding of the agency’s workflow and internal processes.
Develop deep knowledge of client business objectives and how they translate into media investment strategies.
Stay informed about the evolving media marketplace, partnership opportunities, and deal structures.
Navigate planning systems and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in media planning and strategy
Healthcare or pharmaceutical media experience preferred
2+ years of people management experience, including team development and mentorship
2+ years of experience across at least four media channels, such as:
Digital (Endemic & Lifestyle)
Video
Print
Out-of-Home (OOH)
Healthcare Professionals (HCP) targeting
Payer/Managed Markets
