Create and manage a strategic content calendar that showcases our projects, people, and expertise.
Capture engaging photo and video content from active construction sites and transform it into high-performing digital content.
Optimize website performance and drive organic traffic through SEO best practices.
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns, owning budgets, targeting strategies, and performance metrics.

Requirements

3–5+ years of marketing experience (construction, manufacturing, or B2B industries preferred)
Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and content strategy
Strong content creation skills including photography, video, and copywriting
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Comfortable working in the field to capture authentic project content
Analytical, results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth
Self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout MD, VA, and D.C.
