Job Description

Responsibilities

Designing Instagram carousels
Editing short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Creating engaging social media graphics
Designing memes and trend based content
Creating promotional assets for music releases
Following brand guidelines while adapting content to each artist's identity
Bringing your own creative ideas to the table
Staying on top of the latest social media trends, editing styles and formats
Working closely with our Head of Creative and wider marketing team

Requirements

Has excellent graphic design skills
Is confident editing fast paced short form videos
Has a strong eye for typography, composition and storytelling
Understands what performs well on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Loves music and has a good understanding of the music industry
Can work across different genres and artist brands
Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple projects
can receive feedback positively and iterate quickly
Speaks and writes good English
Experience with some or all of the following:

Preferred

Have worked with musicians, record labels or entertainment brands
Create your own social media content
Understand viral editing styles and meme culture
Have experience with motion graphics or animation
Know how to make content feel authentic rather than overly polished
