Serve as the 'expert' on the clients’ business, liaising between senior management and junior team members.
Drive an audience-first planning and activation agenda, collaborating with Integrated Investment, Communications Planning, and Marketing Science disciplines to develop holistic campaign strategies across all media channels.
Team Leadership
Set the working style for the group and foster a positive, productive, and entrepreneurial team culture.
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of media across all channels and apply a data-driven approach.
Utilize strong analytic and technical knowledge to identify the most effective strategies to address client needs.

Requirements

6+ years of agency experience, including managing multiple lines of business.
Ability to develop insights and use data to support strategic thinking.
Capability to blur the line between planning and digital investment to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Experience in challenging a team to solve client’s challenges uniquely, inspiring new approaches, and serving as a role model to the team.
Proficiency in leveraging data for reporting, defining strategies, defending strategies, and uncovering new opportunities.
Ability to lead a presentation, experience client-facing
