Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communication campaigns that support company initiatives and business objectives.
Create, edit, and maintain content for emails, newsletters, websites, social media platforms, presentations, marketing collateral, and other communication materials.
Ensure consistent application of the company's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all internal and external communications.
Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, promotional items, digital assets, and other collateral.
Manage and update website content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and current.
Schedule, publish, and monitor content across company social media platforms in accordance with the established content calendar.
Assist with email marketing campaigns by creating, testing, scheduling, and distributing communications while maintaining distribution lists and tracking campaign performance.
Proofread and edit marketing and communication materials for grammar, spelling, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company branding standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and develop marketing materials that support departmental goals and company initiatives.
Coordinate projects with external vendors, printers, designers, photographers, and other service providers to ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing best practices.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and email marketing strategies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with Canva required; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) preferred.
Familiarity with website content management systems, including WordPress, is preferred.
