Responsibilities

Lead Regional Sales & Marketing Teams
Lead, coach and develop Online Sales and Marketing team members.
Hold consistent coaching sessions focused on performance, growth and leadership development.
Partner with Homebuilding leadership on recruiting, selection and onboarding.
Optimize Customer Experience & Marketing Performance
Improve the customer experience from lead generation through sale.
Oversee digital advertising, online reputation, website content, community assets, photography, video and email marketing performance.
Ensure marketing communications meet applicable industry and regulatory requirements.
Drive Community Positioning & Sales Success
Consult with division and sales leaders to build effective community positioning strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive sales, marketing, homebuilding or related leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online sales, customer experience and lead generation.
Ability to use data, market insights and performance metrics to drive decisions.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, coaching, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Drug Testing and Credit Check are required.
