Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned Growth and Tier 3 client segments, aligning client goals with Manheim's auction capabilities and services.
Build understanding of client business models, remarketing objectives, and market challenges within the Growth and Tier 3 segments.
Create account-specific marketing plans and serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned accounts.
Serve as primary marketing liaison for assigned commercial accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships.
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns supporting client remarketing goals across Manheim's auction network.
Collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of client initiatives.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing approaches, including digital, events, and location-based activations.
Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-enabled tools to synthesize large data sets into clear insights, summaries, and performance narratives for internal stakeholders and clients.
Translate campaign, buyer, and account-level data into actionable recommendations that inform account strategy, optimization opportunities, and growth planning.
Develop concise, insight-driven recaps and summaries that clearly communicate performance, trends, and next steps across Sales, Field Marketing, and Key Account Marketing partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with focus on account management and campaign execution. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating campaign ROI.
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Ability to prioritize work and demonstrate agility among competing priorities.
Great attention to detail is a must.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience using AI-powered tools or advanced analytics to summarize data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Ability to work on CST or EST schedules to accommodate internal and external customers

Preferred

Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Automotive, auction, fleet, rental, or remarketing industry experience.
Experience with growth-stage accounts or emerging client segments.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization platforms.
