Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing Community & Outreach
- Proactively identify opportunities to promote Pardee Properties within the local community through events, sponsorships, partnerships, collaborations, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Stay informed about local events, businesses, and community activity that may provide relevant content opportunities.
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, community groups, hospitality partners, and other relevant contacts.
- Engage with local businesses, community organizations, partners, and relevant accounts to strengthen Pardee Properties’ presence within the community.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Create engaging content that reflects the Pardee Properties brand, culture, expertise, and presence within the community including content & campaigns, in allocated timeframe
- Monitor and report engagement and campaign performance
- Identify and report opportunities to improve reach and visibility; and ensure marketing requests are appropriately prioritized.
- Craft compelling content across digital and traditional channels.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or digital marketing; real estate experience is a plus.
Strong creative skills in social media, photography, video/Reels, copywriting, and basic graphic design.
Experience with social media strategy, analytics, campaign performance, AI tools, and emerging marketing technologies.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

The annual salary for this position will range from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
You will receive two weeks of paid time off (10 paid days) each year. Paid time off is accrued each pay period over the year (384 days per 8- hours worked.) You will start accruing paid time off from the start date. However, you will not be eligible to use any paid time off until three months after your start date.
You will be eligible to receive a $200/month stipend toward your medical and dental insurance, should you decide to join the company’s Blue Shield Group plan.
You will receive reimbursement for all business-related travel and expenses.
You will be eligible to participate in Pardee’s 401(k) Retirement Plan after three (3) months of service.
You will receive 6 paid sick days per year.
You will receive 8 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
