Responsibilities

Execute and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and emerging Google products.
Manage campaign builds, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, product segmentation, search queries and other day-to-day performance levers.
Analyze performance across platform and business metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose changes and recommend actions.
Develop hypotheses and execute structured experiments across campaigns, audiences, bidding, creative, feeds and customer experiences.
Support incrementality testing and measurement initiatives, analyzing results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Partner with Creative teams to launch and evaluate new messaging, formats and concepts across Google's creative-enabled products.
Analyze creative performance and use learnings to inform future briefs and testing priorities.
Test new platform products, AI-powered capabilities and automation opportunities.
Support product feed strategy, including segmentation, optimization and opportunities to improve how StockX inventory is represented across commerce media.
Develop fluency across tagging, conversion tracking, feeds, attribution and the technical infrastructure supporting paid acquisition.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, e-commerce or a related performance marketing role.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, particularly Search and Shopping.
Experience with or strong interest in Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and emerging Google products.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into insights and actions.
Understanding of core e-commerce and customer acquisition metrics.
Experience developing, executing or analyzing structured marketing experiments.
Interest in creative strategy and understanding how messaging, formats and creative influence performance.
Familiarity with product feeds, tagging, conversion tracking and digital measurement fundamentals.
Curiosity about incrementality, attribution and how marketing drives business outcomes beyond platform-reported performance.
Interest in AI, automation and emerging applications within performance marketing.
