Job Summary

Support digital content creation, campaign tracking, and marketing admin for the KSU Foundation as a student assistant.

Assist with the creation and deployment of digital content across social media and email.
Must-have: Currently enrolled at Kansas State University with marketing/communications coursework.
Standout: Flexible hours: 12 hrs/week during the school year; up to 40 hrs/week in summer.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with the creation and deployment of digital content including social media and email.
Assist with the tracking and analysis of digital campaigns on social media, email and web.
Manage monthly staff portrait sessions, including scheduling, photo session coordination and staff image selections.
Clerical assistance for the Marketing Communications team, including data entry, and form processing.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in coursework at Kansas State University
Strong ability to enter data accurately and ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
