Established in 1975 as South Texas Organ Bank, TOSA serves Central and South Texas offering organ recovery and donation services for individuals and families who wish to offer others a second chance at life via organ donation.Through our efforts and dedication of staff in our corporate office in San Antonio and regional offices in Austin and McAllen, TOSA has been recognized as one of San Antonio's Top Workplaces and named the 2014 Top Workplace Small Business Winner by the San Antonio-Express News.
