Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Own campaign strategy, execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
Write scripts and develop creative concepts for paid social ads
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Communicate campaign performance clearly and confidently.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams.
Monitor advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Assist with testing new audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies.
Support Google Ads campaigns when needed (preferred but not required).

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
Strong client-facing communication and account management skills.
Experience marketing for home service contractors (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, remodeling, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic optimization decisions.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Attribution, Tracking Pixels, Conversions API, and Campaign Measurement.
Experience with reporting tools and performance analytics.

Preferred

Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, or Performance Max).
Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets.
Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio.
Experience with ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
