Job Summary

You will own end-to-end marketing programs that drive demand from IT decision-makers in regulated industries, coordinating with sales to deliver a cohesive prospect experience across campaigns, content, events, and analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor sales-aligned marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising, including outbound sequences and prospecting workflows.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials that speak to IT decision-makers in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and other regulated industries.
Event Coordination: Help plan and run events, webinars, and trade shows that put Link High in front of prospective clients. Follow up on leads afterwards. ( No cold calling)
SEO & Website: Support ongoing SEO efforts (SEMrush) and help maintain and improve linkhigh.com content and lead-capture forms.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign and website performance, prepare reports, and surface insights that improve results over time.
Collaboration: Partner with the sales team and leadership to keep marketing and sales efforts aligned and to support a smooth, cohesive prospect experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in IT, MSP, or B2B technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms; experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai, or SEMrush a plus).
Creative thinker and problem-solver who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working in office 3 days/week at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.
