Draft and edit announcements, updates, newsletters, email communications, web copy, or stakeholder materials as assigned as part of the Communications Specialist role at Think Tell Junction.
Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts, managers, clients, or other stakeholders before distribution across communications, marketing, and events in this Communications Specialist position.
Proofread communications for accuracy, tone, grammar, links, formatting, and consistency with approved messaging for the Think Tell Junction team as part of Communications Specialist work.
Publish or distribute approved communications and maintain organized records of final versions and updates while supporting communications, marketing, and events in the Communications Specialist role at Think Tell Junction.
Track basic communication engagement or response information and prepare recurring summaries when requested as part of day-to-day Communications Specialist responsibilities at Think Tell Junction.

Requirements

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and stakeholder-communication skills for the Communications Specialist opening at Think Tell Junction.
Comfort using email, word-processing, CMS, collaboration, spreadsheet, and project-management tools.
Ability to manage multiple communication deadlines and incorporate feedback accurately.
Good judgment about tone, audience, confidentiality, and source accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and version-control discipline.
A pre-employment background check is required.
