Job Description

Responsibilities

Programmatic Advertising
Develop, set up, and manage programmatic campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Stay current on DSP enhancements and upgrades.
Social Media Advertising
Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement.
Search Marketing (SEM)
Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, and other search engines as needed.
Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on any of the following: programmatic advertising, social media, and search marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with a DSP or a programmatic platform (The TradeDesk, DV360, StackAdapt, etc.).
Experience with Airtable, or other project management software.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Trade Desk, Google Analytics).
