Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop a detailed understanding of Plaud’s software, AI systems, developer capabilities, and their connection to Plaud hardware.
Partner closely with Product, AI, Engineering, and Design to understand product architecture, technical documentation, roadmap decisions, and feature behavior.
Identify valuable capabilities and use cases that may not yet have been translated into customer-facing stories.
Turn technical functionality, specifications, and AI concepts into clear customer benefits without losing accuracy or substance.
Develop product FAQs, feature explanations, demo narratives, and technical education materials.
Define target audiences, customer problems, value propositions, positioning, message houses, use cases, and product narratives.
Build the foundational messaging for products including Plaud Intelligence, Plaud Teams, Plaud developer, etc.
Connect Plaud’s hardware, software, and AI capabilities into one cohesive customer experience and narrative.
Establish clear messaging hierarchies that global and regional teams can adapt to their audiences and channels.
Maintain the accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality of product messaging across the customer journey.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience across product marketing, product management, technical marketing, engineering, developer relations, or related roles.
Demonstrated ownership of meaningful projects from an ambiguous starting point through delivery.
The ability and curiosity to read technical documentation, understand how a product works, and engage credibly with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear, structured, and compelling.
Strong command of positioning, value propositions, feature-to-benefit translation, customer use cases, and product storytelling.
The ability to think at both product and campaign levels: understanding the experience in detail while designing how the story should unfold across channels.
Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership skills.
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where priorities, inputs, and timelines may evolve quickly.
The judgment to act without a fully defined playbook and the resilience to incorporate direct feedback, revise the work, and move forward.
Fluency with AI tools and a thoughtful approach to using them for research, synthesis, writing, prototyping, and execution.

Preferred

Experience with AI applications, developer products, productivity software, collaboration tools, or technically sophisticated consumer products.
Experience working on products with product-led or self-serve customer journeys.
Experience bringing together software, AI, and hardware within a unified product narrative.
Previous experience in an early-stage company, emerging business unit, or other environment requiring significant individual ownership.
Hands-on experience with coding, APIs, technical prototypes, or developer tools.
Experience translating global product strategy into toolkits that regional teams can activate locally.
Familiarity with product analytics, adoption metrics, subscription models, or lifecycle marketing.
Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and trust considerations.
