Job Summary

Lead field canvassing operations and coach a motivated team to meet daily and weekly targets while helping recruit, onboard, and support team development across outreach initiatives.

Own team performance and coaching workflows
Oversee recruiting and onboarding of canvassers
Collaborate on outreach strategy and field operations

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead & Motivate the Team
Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals
Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance
Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field
Recruit & Build the Team
Assist with recruiting new canvassers
Conduct phone screenings and interviews
Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success
Operations & Field Support
Track daily canvassing activities and team performance

Requirements

Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Available Monday – Saturdays
The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs
A valid driver’s license and
A good driving record is essential for this role.
