Job Description

Responsibilities

Deliver digital campaigns end-to-end against agreed specifications – from pre-sale support through setup, in-flight monitoring, and close-out reporting – acting as the day-to-day operational contact for your portfolio.
Support sales colleagues with inventory availability, deliverable specifications, pacing, and performance across the campaign lifecycle.
Monitor pacing, CTR, viewability, and other metrics; flag at-risk campaigns, suggest options, and execute approved optimisations in Google Ad Manager and other platforms.
Investigate and resolve routine delivery, creative, targeting, and reporting issues across Google Ad Manager, ADvendio, and adjacent systems; escalate complex issues with context.
Brief managed service contractors on volume setup, creative trafficking, and reporting, and perform pre-launch QA on their output before go-live.
Maintain portfolio documentation and follow and help maintain standard operating procedures and delivery checklists.
