Responsibilities

The Marketing Events Specialist provides marketing support to Loma Linda University Health by coordinating and executing sponsorships and events in cooperation with hospitals and or departments of the system.
Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree in Healthcare, Business and Marketing or related field required. Master\'s Degree preferred. Minimum two years of marketing experience required; preferably in healthcare marketing.
Knowledge and Skills: Must have a working understanding of databases, word processing, and desktop publishing programs. Tactful, cheerful sensitive, diplomatic, team player, and a willingness to work through a deadline (overtime often required). Able to work in intensive support staff activities, coordinated into high productivity, goal/deadline atmosphere, including, but not limited to the following: Strategic thinker; Clear and concise communicator; Detail oriented; Oversees multiple projects and follows through with details; Understanding of and adherence to deadlines; Persistent and assertive.
Licensures and Certifications: None.
