Job Description
Responsibilities
- The team handles negative media inquiries from publications like Newsweek, dealing with customer problems, workforce issues, and pricing.
- The role involves both developing responses to inquiries and engaging directly with reporters.
- 20% meetings, 20% handling incoming and internal emails, 40% research to support media responses and prepare for potential inquiries, and 20% miscellaneous overhead including inbox management, AI tool refinement, and shorter team calls.
Requirements
- Location: Seattle/Arlington - onsite
- The position requires 5+ years of experience, strong writing skills, media relations experience, and AI tools proficiency, with a preference for candidates in Seattle.
