Job Description

Own field-based brand activation with direct consumer engagement, driving immediate sales and repeat engagement.

Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations
Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments
Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty
Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers
Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals
Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Work with the team to improve event outcomes

No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)
Must be 18+ years old
Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods

Ambitious, self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment
Great communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement
Eager to learn and grow with clear opportunities for advancement
Able to work independently in retail or event-based settings
