Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, driving data-driven performance across search, display, and video.
- Own campaign strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Building, launching, and managing goal-oriented Google Ads campaigns
- Continuously optimizing ads, bids, targeting, and landing pages to drive better results
- Checking tags in Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and performance reporting
- Communicating directly with your clients—guiding them through their campaign success
- Preparing and presenting clear, data-driven performance reports
- Collaborating with Sales and Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities and support new proposals
Requirements
- You thrive on data, analysis, and figuring out what makes campaigns perform
- You’re passionate about helping small businesses succeed in a competitive digital landscape
- You can manage multiple clients and projects without breaking a sweat
- You have 1–2+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, or Local Services)
- You’re certified in Google Ads—or ready to get certified right away
- You’re growth-minded and excited by the potential to build your own book of business
