Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead concept development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and owned channels
Leverage industry trends, cultural insights, and emerging channels to inform forward-thinking creative direction, continuously innovating our approaches
Ensure all work is on-brand, customer-focused, and aligned to business objectives
Oversee creative from concept through final delivery, maintaining high standards of execution
Provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate creative quality
Oversee brand voice, tone, and messaging across customer touchpoints
Partner with Marketing, Media, Merchandising, Stores, E-commerce, CRM & other cross-functional leadership
Align creative work with channel strategies, media plans, and performance goals
Support campaign planning and ensure alignment on direction, timelines, and deliverables
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Copywriting, or related field preferred
15+ years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house)
Experience in retail, grocery, or CPG environments
Proven ability to lead creative transformation from a work, team and talent perspective
Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and art direction, including broadcast video
Experience guiding both design and copywriting disciplines
Proven experience managing teams and external agencies
Experience managing budgets and aligning creative investment to outcomes
Strong understanding of brand systems, storytelling, and content strategy
