Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, hospice providers, case managers, senior centers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent Visiting Angels at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community organizations.
- Deliver professional presentations and educational programs to referral partners.
- Educate referral sources and families about the benefits of private-duty home care and the Visiting Angels difference.
- Create and execute strategic marketing plans to grow referrals throughout the service area.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners.
- Track marketing activities, referrals, and sales efforts using company reporting tools.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and community campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position Visiting Angels in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth goals while maintaining exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Preferred:
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Required:
- Minimum one year of experience in home care, healthcare marketing, healthcare sales, or business development
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Must successfully complete all required background screenings and comply with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
