Job Summary

Drive partnership operations and cross-functional execution to turn signed alliances into joint GTM plans, pipeline, and partner-enabled adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate newly signed partnerships into actionable internal and external programs.
  • This includes: coordinating internal kickoff processes for new partners; Conducting product education and training sessions for partners; defining joint go-to-market plans; ensuring partners are integrated into the Partnerize sales and marketing motion.
  • Serve as the central coordinator across teams to ensure partnership initiatives move forward. Work closely with: Product and engineering on integrations; Marketing on joint campaigns and thought leadership; Sales on partner-enabled pipeline development; Customer success on partner-led customer adoption.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for strategic partners. Responsibilities include: Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations; coordinating regular partner check-ins; Conduct regular partner reviews to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and drive improvements in processes; Coordinating, supporting, and participating in quarterly partnership business reviews (QBRs); tracking partnership KPIs, initiatives and milestones; ensuring both companies deliver on agreed commitments; Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges; Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Support the execution of joint go-to-market initiatives including: co-marketing campaigns; Running MDF programs; webinars and events; joint customer outreach; partner enablement for sales teams; Contribute to internal documentation, Partner Playbooks, training material, and scalable processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report on partnership performance. Metrics may include: pipeline sourced or influenced by partnerships; customer adoption of partner integrations; joint marketing engagement; product usage associated with partnerships; Provide regular reporting to the VP of Strategic Alliances and leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, partner operations, partner marketing, partner development, business operations, or go-to-market program management
  • Experience in martech, adtech, SaaS, or digital marketing ecosystems
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with partnership engagement and management tools (e.g. Crossbeam, Impartner PRM, Salesforce PRM)
  • Comfort working with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to translate strategic initiatives into structured execution plans
  • NYC or SFO based
  • Candidates must be located in NY or CA to be eligible for this role.
