Job Summary
Own on-site brand activation and local outreach to drive awareness and membership in the Detroit metro, with event storytelling, partner relationships, and hands-on operations during peak periods.
- Represent and educate at events, grand openings, and activations to generate interest and signups.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand Reach.
- Support site ops and act as MSA during high-volume periods to keep promotions running smoothly.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Clean Express Auto Wash at community events, grand openings, and promotional activations
- Engage with potential customers and educate them on our services and membership options
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Assist with event setup, giveaways, and promotional materials
- Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable brand experience
- Support site operations and assist as an MSA when needed during high-volume business periods
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Willing to travel throughout the Detroit metro area
Preferred
- Previous experience in promotions, events, customer service, or brand representation is a plus
- Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or community engagement
