Job Summary

Own the day to day client partnership and turn research into creative direction, briefs, and measurable programs that keep projects on time and on budget across agency and client teams.

Client partnership: be the day-to-day contact for client team members, internal teams, and agency partners.
Strategic execution: translate insights into planning, briefs, and client POVs that guide creative efforts and reporting.
Cross-team orchestration: align PMs, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality.

Responsibilities

Act as day-to-day contact for key client team members, internal teams, and agency partners
Participate in client planning and develop strategies that bring client objectives to life
Interpret critical insights and research that will drive agency creative efforts
Craft the creative briefs and reporting that communicate client objectives and directions to internal team members
Interact with Project Manager(s) and other key internal/external players to develop and maintain timelines and budgets
Participate in client presentations and client POVs
Mobilize and motivate internal and external teams to bring client objectives to life while ensuring collaboration, communication, trust, efficiency and quality of the work
Manage client budgets
Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans
Measurement and insights

Requirements

Integrated brand marketing experience
At least 2 years of client facing / account management experience in an agency environment, ideally within the business-to-consumer service industry space
Exceptional management, communication and diplomacy skills
Ability to develop excellent working relationship with all internal and external agency partners
Has a dedicated work ethic and displays a thorough attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and to deliver projects on schedule, on brand, and on budget
Ability to work proactively and autonomously in critical situations
Computer proficiency including Microsoft suite of products
