Coordinate and improve operational systems and governance within a healthcare department.
- Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of key operational processes.
- Must-have: Bachelor's in Business/Healthcare Admin (or equivalent) with 2 years in PM, data analysis, and training.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
- OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience
- OR Associate’s Degree and 4 years of experience
- OR Master’s Degree and 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- 2 years of experience in marketing
