Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance across pipeline contribution, program ROI, funnel conversion, customer acquisition, and lifecycle metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, clarify measurement requirements, uncover insights, and inform investment decisions
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
- Query, transform, and validate large datasets using SQL and data warehouse or data lake technologies
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives, presentations, and actionable recommendations
- Conduct analyses across campaigns, channels, audiences, segmentation, account engagement, and attribution
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness, lineage, and governance across Salesforce, Marketo, attribution platforms, and related sources
- Support lead scoring, account fit, segmentation, and propensity models using statistical and analytical techniques
- Automate recurring reporting, data-quality checks, and insight-generation workflows
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, visualization, coding, and reporting while validating outputs for accuracy, privacy, bias, and business relevance
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, revenue analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating quantitative findings into business recommendations
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with data warehouses, data lakes, or governed analytical data products
- Experience building dashboards and reports with Tableau or a similar business intelligence platform
- Understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel dynamics, pipeline contribution, lifecycle measurement, and attribution models
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
- Familiarity with Python or R, statistical analysis, regression, clustering, propensity modeling, marketing mix modeling, or machine learning applications in marketing is preferred
- Practical experience using generative AI or AI-enabled productivity, analytics, automation, or reporting tools, with sound judgment regarding data quality, confidentiality, responsible use, and human review
