Job Summary

Own marketing coordination and asset creation for a CRE brokerage team, partnering with brokers, research, and client services to keep campaigns on brand and on schedule.

Own marketing tactics and content curation across brochures, flyers, emails, social tiles, and website updates for CRE brokers.
Coordinate with client services and brokers to gather content and execute campaigns within Colliers branding and templates.

You will provide high level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers.
You will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the brokerage team, which will include: marketing, graphic design and project management and administrative functions
This role provides a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing and client service coordinators to help in the overall success of the office
Work with client service coordinators and brokers to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure/flyer development, broker opinion of value, advertising, website edits, aerial/retail mapping, email marketing, social media tiles and direct mail
Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with Colliers Brand Guidelines
Work within a set of Colliers branded templates

Requirements

3+ years of marketing services experience from the Commercial Real Estate field.
Advanced in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
