Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and measure comprehensive marketing plans that directly support regional sales objectives
- Plan and execute store events, community events, and experiential activations within designated region
- Create regional playbooks based on local market research and insights
- Ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives
- Study and analyze local markets to identify opportunities and trends
- Research competitors and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyze initiative performance metrics
- Report results and recommendations to management team
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with document management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
