Job Summary
Support proposal development and collateral creation, coordinating with pursuit teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions while maintaining CRM data and preparing materials that back leadership and subject matter experts.
- Proposal Development: Coordinate with marketing staff and SMEs to craft timely, compliant submissions across RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications.
- Content & Collateral: Write, edit, and develop marketing materials and presentations to support leadership and client engagements.
- CRM & Collaboration: Maintain leads, opportunities, and client contacts to enable targeted outreach and cross-functional alignment.
