Job Summary
Own the donor communications lifecycle for a nonprofit health foundation, shaping donor-facing materials, stewardship storytelling, and cross-channel integration to demonstrate impact and fuel fundraising growth.
- Foundation Content: Craft proposals, stewardship communications, and campaign narratives for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Impact Reporting & Website: Produce the annual Foundation Impact Report and refresh the Foundation site with donor stories that show impact.
- Brand Alignment: Coordinate with Marketing to weave philanthropy stories into public channels, strengthening the nonprofit’s image and donor trust.
Job Description
Own and shape philanthropic communications that clearly illustrate donor intent, impact, and investment outcomes, stewarding donor relationships through strategically written materials.
- Donor Communications: Develop donor-facing materials, including proposals, stewardship communications, and campaign narratives to support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Foundation Reporting: Produce the annual Impact Report as a core stewardship and advancement tool for donors and prospects.
- Content & Website: Update and manage the Foundation website with donor-focused stories that demonstrate philanthropy’s importance and impact.
- Messaging Integration: Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align philanthropy messages with Carilion Clinic’s public communications across social channels.
- Storytelling & Brand: Help shape Carilion Clinic’s not-for-profit image through advancement-aligned storytelling that highlights charitable impact.
